ALESSIA BRUCHI FOTOGRAFIA

Italian Wedding Photographer in Tuscany - Wedding, Elopement, Engagement and Couple & Family Portrait

ITALIANO

From more than a decade I’m a wedding photographer, telling the most beautiful love stories, trotting up and down all of Tuscany, moving mainly on Siena and Florence, among the most famous Tuscan Wedding Locations: San Galgano Abbey, Val d ‘Orcia, Chianti, Montalcino, Montepulciano and Cortona, but also evaluating more demanding trips throughout Italy, touching noble locations such as Venice, Lake Como and Lake Garda, Naples and the Amalfi Coast, Salento and Puglia.

Working as a Wedding Photographer in Siena, Florence, Arezzo, I am currently proudly part of the WPJA, the International Association that collects the best wedding photojournalists, classified as one of the Best Wedding Photojournalists in my beautiful Tuscany. I also deal with Engagement and Couple & Family Portrait Photography, so I often find myself accompanying the couples who choose me as their wedding photographer in the most beautiful locations around Siena for beautiful Couple Portrait Photography Sessions, afternoons that always turn out to be nice photographic training before the wedding day.
As a Wedding Photojournalist, I am a lover of the Reportage style, whereby my Wedding Stories & Elopements tell the story of the wedding without forcing and in a completely spontaneous way, with a rhythmic chronological sequence well punctuated by the succession of the different moments of the day, in a very choral and participatory context. All of this is painstakingly cared for both in terms of composition and chromaticism, to make the most of a narration that uses images as the only language.

Although in every ceremony there is a strong expressive recurrence and a precise gesture, each of my wedding stories is always a story in itself, something unique and never the same as the next wedding story. I therefore consider the genre of wedding photography a real art form, because it is not easy to tell a story and be able to excite those who read it. There is in fact an enormous difference between a simple image and a “photograph” intended as a concentration of meaning that not everyone is able to grasp. On an instrumental level, given the general collective nature of the event, I make extensive use of wide-angle lenses capable of including not only the main protagonists in the scene, but also a large part of the “supporting actors”, trying to tell the whole the harmony of a day of celebration like that of a wedding.

Furthermore, a lover of natural light, I very often use very bright fixed lenses, which allow me to almost never use external flashes, instead exploiting all the softness of natural light. On a stylistic level I am not a total black and white lover, as I am convinced that a similar event must be told in the brightest and most sunny way possible, so, within my albums, color and the light element alternate in a rhythmic way with a black and white that is never too dark and funereal.
